  The buffet breakfast was nice, with a standard assortment of hot and cold options. Always plenty of tables and staff were quick to clear dishes and reset for new diners.

  The hotel is less than 10 min walk to the beach, which was perfect for us, but would be a bit far if we had young kids with us - you have to cross the main road or use the pedestrian tunnel using stairs (not the most pram friendly, but doable).

  We were in town for the Ironman, and the hotel is located in the same end of the town as the finish line, which was a happy coincidence for us as supporters , and for the athletes who didn't have too far to go after finishing the race.

  The main shopping/nightlife in the town is about a 10 - 15 min walk away, but it didn't feel far. The hotel's location was nice and quiet.

  We paid €5/day for access to an in-room safe. The pool was clean and had plenty of deck chairs. Papa's bar located across the street was great for a few drinks and served food until late.

  Food is clearly not at a 4-Star hotel level. People and reception were not welcoming at all, service is not friendly and was not friendly to foreign tourist. Ability to speak french non-existent while main customer come from France.

  Nothing for children and no activities offered. It was ashamed to reach this disappointment while we were looking forward to enjoy a 4-Star Hotel next to the beach in Spain.

  Awesome experience. Hotel staff and service was very friendly and good. Daily room clean up was held in time. Food staff are so kind and helpful they also prepared vage food for us because my family was vagetarian even it was not in daily inclusive menu.

  I was very disappointed in this hotel. The staff were very rude and not at all pleasant. The bar was never staffed, and even when the staff were on they refused to service us on a number of occasions. The food was absolute rubbish, meat was always raw, very few choices and always cold. If the desserts weren't ate at lunch time they were reserved in the evening and again the next day. The staff were quite pushy too in the restaurant and put us out to the outside eating area and closed the doors on a number of occasions and we were only there for four days. I didn't have my children with me on this occasion but wouldn't recommend it for children as I didn't see any entertainment or activities suitable for children apart from a small pool, perhaps in the summer months its different.

  Our room (507) was much larger than we expected, however the bathroom had a lingering smell of sewage. The hotel was obviously aware of the smell, as there was an air freshener unit that sprayed a burst every few hours... which made it smelled like men's cologne and sewage. Luckily we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, and the issue was contained to the bathroom.
